How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@vscloud.com.ng with your order number and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Hosting Refunds
Hosting packages can be cancelled at any time. If cancelled within the first 30 days, you will receive a full refund. After 30 days, refunds are prorated based on remaining time.
Non-Refundable Items
Extended licenses that have been used in a shipped product, custom development services, and domain registrations are non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Paystack and Flutterwave refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
