1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using VSCloud Technologies' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Licenses

All digital products sold on VSCloud come with a license that defines permitted usage. Regular licenses allow use in a single end product. Extended licenses allow use in products sold to multiple end users. Redistribution of source files is strictly prohibited under all license types.

3. Hosting Services

VSCloud hosting packages are provided on a subscription basis. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for Starter plans and 99.99% for Business plans. Enterprise plans come with a 100% uptime SLA with service credits for any downtime.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Nigerian Naira (₦) pricing is available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Paystack and Flutterwave. All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, code, and designs on VSCloud are the intellectual property of VSCloud Technologies or our licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

VSCloud Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.
